NiQuitin lozenges are part of a programme designed to support your wish to stop smoking.  Using the lozenges at regular intervals gives your body the nicotine you need to help you stop smoking. Stopping smoking straightaway is best for your health but if you are not able to you can also use the lozenges to help you cut down before stopping or to help you stop smoking for short periods of time.

Instructions for use

The lozenge is designed to be dissolved in the mouth; normally this takes about 30 minutes.
When you feel the urge to smoke have a lozenge instead of a cigarette; use a lozenge every 1-2 hours.

Warnings and Precautions

DO NOT USE:
â�¢    If you have ever had an allergic reaction to nicotine or any other ingredients listed
â�¢    If you are a non-smoker
â�¢    If you are under 12 years; the levels of nicotine in NRT are suitable for people who are giving up smoking but not for children under 12

Ingredients

Each lozenge contains 4mg nicotine (as nicotine polacrilex 22.2mg) Also includes mannitol (E421), sodium alginate, xanthan gum, potassium bicarbonate, calcium polycarbophil,  sodium carbonate, aspartame (E951), magnesium stearate and mint flavour. Each lozenge contains 15mg of sodium.
